Orders will be sent out within 2 business days unless stated otherwise. On a public holiday, the order will be shipped the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been posted.
New Zealand Couriers aims to deliver in 2 - 3 days for non-rural addresses.
Add another 2-3 days for rural addresses.
Return & Exchange
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Exchanges will be granted entirely at the discretion of Acid Pickle. We aim to always be fair and reasonable and act in good faith.

Returns can be made in exchange for refund in cases where we have mistakenly misrepresented the piece in some way or if the piece is faulty. The item must be returned for inspection at the buyers expense to later be refunded if the refund or exchange criteria is met.​

Our pieces are one of a kind and will have some minor imperfections in contrast to machine-manufactured items, which are visible in our product photographs.
