Dark glow capsule ring

The moodiest of opals <3 This is a translucent Australian opal, cut by us into our satisfyingly cute signature capsule shape and then set in 925 silver. So pretty to look at, this design has the length to elongate any finger, yet it's small enough for everyday wear. 
We've oxidised the inside of the setting to blacken the silver behind the stone - it enhances the dark and moody vibes of this opal and gives it the most luminous glow as the dark purple rolls over the stone.
The hues in this ring transform from a warm black to a stunning, glowing blue-purple with a fabulous blue rolling over top if it. To add to the unique and shifting colours in this stone, a phenomenal lightning bolt appears in the middle of the stone for a mystical flare.

*As this ring contains an opal, it is unable to be resized using traditional methods, however we are able to increase the size by one size by removing a small amount material from the inside of the band. In order to resize the ring outside of these parameters, you will need to send the ring to a jewellery manufacturer who possesses the correct machinery, not normally possessed in most jewellery studios.
